Trafalgar Avenue presents The Sand In The Pearl, a solo exhibition by Nottingham based artist Sophie Goodchild. The exhibition is centred on a new body of work - a series of felted and paper tapestries informed by the healing and nurturing properties of wool and the fundamental need to contain and protect, each encapsulating memories, moments of care, and encounters with chaos in the mundane.
